The Casita XL Design

Our most popular ‘Casita’ design just got extended into a beautiful new creation derived from our Casita design. At 12m L x 3m W it is longer on the ground floor offering larger open place lounge/kitchen (also with the option to choose lounge/kitchen in middle or end), and upstairs there is full standing height and flat floors connecting the walkway to the mezzanine bedrooms. That’s right – flat floors across the whole upper level of the tiny home! This also means there is no need for raised bed platforms meaning you can choose where your bed goes and also where you would like your bedroom furniture to be as well :).

The Casita XL has a very welcoming indoor/outdoor flow through the large trifold doors. It can be configured with either a central galley kitchen or large U shape end kitchen, therefore with a central or end lounge. It also features the separate storage/laundry room with ample stair storage space leading out to a back door. With a beautiful spacious bathroom and your choice of bath and/or 1500mm L shower. Upstairs are two large bedrooms and no bed platforms constricting the use of the bedroom – the floors are flat across the whole top level of this home making it very easy to move around and no restrictions on placement of bed.
