Below is a selection of our elegant tiny homes we have built. This provides a sample view of what we can build for you, many are custom designed for our customers from scratch.

We are always adding new designs and can custom build to your requirements too.

Each home can be build to 3 different stages:

Shell only stage (water tight shell for DIY build)
Lined stage (includes wall linings, electrics, plumbing and insulation)
Full build (as per our listed build spec)

Cocoon Pods

Pods

Pods are a lovely extension to your tiny home and can be a stand-alone or have an inter-connected sheltered walkway or gazebo. Perfect for extra bedroom, lounge, office, home gym etc.

Single level homes

Alfa

The ‘ALFA’ – a large family sized single level tiny home with mono pitch roof. Enter through the large stacker doors into the beautiful central lounge and enjoy cooking your culinary delights in the galley kitchen.The bathroom is complete with vanity and the choice of a bath or a 900mm shower and a laundry tower hidden behind doors for the washing machine and linen storage. The bedroom can fit a king size bed and has a full wall of wardrobes and a sliding door onto the deck.

This design can also be configured as a one bedroom home for small families or guests to stay over. Measuring 12m L x 3.4m W (41 sqm) featuring:

Central lounge with high ceilings
central galley kitchen with with sliding doors that lead out to a deck for entertaining.
Large bathroom including 900mm shower or bath configuration, 600mm vanity, tapware, laundry tower with washing machine space and linen shelving

Sanctuary

The ‘SANCTUARY’ – a stunning spacious single level gable roof tiny home on wheels measuring 10.4x3x4.3m (approx 40 sqm including loft storage) perfect for those not wanting to climb stairs or ladders featuring:

Open plan kitchen and lounge with kitchen storage loft
Master bedroom with french doors

Long Black

The ‘LONG BLACK’ – a luxurious single level tiny home with gable roof. Enter through the large stacker doors into the beautiful spacious central lounge and enjoy cooking your culinary delights in the U shape end kitchen with a large sliding window, great for summer entertaining. The bathroom is complete with vanity, 900mm shower and a laundry tower hidden behind doors for the washing machine and linen storage. The bedroom can fit a king size bed and has a full wall of wardrobes with two mezzanines great for storage. This design can also be configured as a two bedroom home for small families or guests to stay over. Measuring 12m L x 3m W x 3.6m H from finished floor height (36 sqm) featuring:

Smaller tiny homes up to 8M in length

Tiny One

The ‘TINY ONE’ – this is a lovely tiny home with one mezzanine bedroom and can comfortably be lived in by up to two people. Featuring a high ceiling end lounge with a galley kitchen leading through to the bathroom with a laundry tower and back door. The stairs lead up the back wall of the home to the spacious bedroom. Measuring 8m L x 3m W x 3.7m H from finished floor height (approx 30 sqm) featuring:

Ambience

The ‘AMBIENCE’ – one of our most popular tiny homes on wheels measuring 8x3x4.3m (approx 37.5 sqm) with our unique twisted apex roof line featuring:

The ‘CASITA’ – elegant tiny home on wheels measuring 10.6x3m (approx 50 sqm) featuring:

Harmony

‘Harmony’ – you will feel the warmth and ambience as soon as you step foot into this tiny home at 10m L x 3m W (approx 46sqm). The end lounge with the high ceiling and open plan galley kitchen makes this tiny home feel so spacious. With a breakfast bar and large bench space which opens out to the large trifold windows, perfect for summer entertaining. There is clever under-stair storage accessed from both sides of the stairway. Between the kitchen and bathroom you will never run out of storage with the large storage cupboards, broom/vacuum cupboard and laundry tower all leading out to a back door. The bathroom is stunning with a large 1500mm end shower. Upstairs are two large bedrooms – one with an opening looking down over the lounge and both have full standing height.

Lotus

The ‘Lotus’ – a beautiful 2 bedroom tiny home on wheels – at 10m L x 3m W (11m L upstairs with bump-out) you are welcomed through the large tri-fold doors into a beautiful central kitchen with moveable breakfast island and cosy end lounge. This tiny home also features large downstairs laundry room with clever under-stair storage, large cupboards and broom cupboard all leading out to back door, bathroom with full sized shower and separate toilet room. Upstairs each bedroom is separated by a walking platform with full head height leading to both upstairs bedrooms.

Grande

The ‘Grande’ – the ultimate in tiny home living with three spacious bedrooms (including a downstairs bedroom). Perfect tiny home living for families, couples who enjoy entertaining and having a guest bedroom and work-from-home office as well as grandparents wishing to downsize with plenty of room for the family to stay.

Oasis

The ‘Oasis’ – our largest 3 bedroom tiny home on wheels – at 11.2m L x 3m W (approx 48 sqm) you are greeted with a welcoming indoor/outdoor flow through the trifold doors leading into the stunning high ceiling central lounge, large end kitchen perfect for entertaining including pantry and plenty of storage. There is clever under-stair storage, washing machine hidden in a cupboard in the bathroom and 900mm corner shower. The spacious master bedroom is downstairs with two wardrobes and upstairs are two bedrooms with good head height in the second room, plus possibilities of using the third bedroom as a lounge, storage space, kids room….so many options.

The ‘Serenity’ – our largest mezzanine tiny home on wheels – at 11.9m L x 3m W you are greeted with a welcoming indoor/outdoor flow through the trifold doors leading into the central lounge, large end kitchen perfect for entertaining.

Master bedroom downstairs with built-in double wardrobe, large windows and sliding door.

Upstairs is a massive loft space that provides good head height, room for a full bedroom plus lounge, storage space, kids room….so many options.
